    Clone duo setup

    Hi
i have received a Clone vu duo which has nothing installed on it, so when i power it up all i get is the red light.
What is the best software/image to install to get up and running?

    Thanks

hi your clone duo will have blackhole 1.72 on it if you are just getting red light
open it and check the main cable running from psu to main board make sure the connection is pushed fully home

ok ill give that a go, could it be that there is no software installed hense the red light or you reckon its defo a power issue.

was this a new box and have you connected it to a tv ?

there has been a few people post about displays not working any clones i have ever got come flashed v1 boxs with a vti image and v2 boxs with blackhole image

when you switch box on it should say starting after 2 seconds in front display

It's more than likely a blown PSU, I would contact supplier.

is there any kind of other test I can do to find out if the psu is definitely blown.
Iv sent a message to the supplier who hasn't responded yet.
