for me the vu uno is a better box to go for the tuner is very sensitive
iv'e just got one and it was ?50 cheaper than my vu duo
and in tests i found channels on 7w that the duo was only showing
about 31% snr and the channels did'nt open, i change boxes and on the same dish/lnb etc; the snr shot up to 46% and the channels opened crystal clear
plus this box has a blind scan and it found channels the duo missed on a scan

actually yes i would agree with you there. i currently have both a duo and uno and the uno is by far a better box, and will be even better when the dual tuners are finally released.

It's not possible to record one programme and watch another with the Uno though is it? Bear in mind i'll be having mine set up with one dish and one card.

and it's more or less the same price everywhere i looked at genuine models
