clone 3.5" recording tuner issue solved???

ok so in a previous thread i mentioned that every time i recorded a program on my clone duo all channels including fta went black showing error 'tune failed' then once the recording was finished the channels came back on.

Now...

I have been informed off somebody that they had the same issue but they set their tuners different and it resolved the issue but unfortunately i can no longer contact that person, anybody heard of this and know how to set the tuners to crack it?

i currently have both tuners set the same at 28.2 e as i currently only have a fixed dish.

Well it cant be that hard and should only take a few minutes to solve as there are only 3 combinations to work through

1. Fixed 28.2?
2. Loopthrough to Tuner A
3. Second cable of tuner A

Or something to that affect one combination should work and the others may not, my personal option would be to set both Tuner A and B as Simple-Fixed-28.2

nope it not working, still come up 'tune failed' on all other channels while a recordings on

i think i have diagnosed the problem, it seems my lnb 2 port isnt working, when each of the 2 feeds is in lnb 1 the channels are fine but if any of the 2 feeds are in lnb 2 nothing shows?
