thanks for the picts, its great to see then, could you take a picture of the vfd screen whilst the solo running on a channel (e.g BBC one) doesn't matter what channel. As the display is important to me, so I don't know if I should hold out for the Duo 2 or go for the Solo 2

The display sucks m8, doesn't even show you the channel it's on, my only
fault I could find with it.

It's identical to the display on the Uno 12 Character VFD and i believe that this is also what the Duo2 will use along with its miniTV screen which will look great with Picons if it can display them.

If you want a massive display screen then you should probably look at the Ultimo which is probably the best out there at the moment in the Vu+ range along with the big display on the Gigablue Quad

As well as the display, I would also like the speed that the Solo2 and Duo2 offer, sometimes I feel the DM800 that I have is a bit slow. Now I have a dylema.
