overloaded flash vu+duo

hi,
my duo,s flash memory is at 99% as a result it crashes a lot. what progs or apps are likely to cause this? and how do i get rid of unneeded progs. thanks in advance.

do a reflash lots of good images out there back up your hd first

If you download EPG to internal flash then that will fill up the flash over time.

As above if you are storing EPG to flash this is a big no-no and also loads of un-needed plugins can fill the flash memory these can be uninstalled easily through the plugin menu, always just have the plugins you need and nothing more
