Help Please With 7 Day EPG Guide

I need your advice please again, its with the 7 day epg guide on any one channel. Before changing the vix image, I could go on to any channel and if I pressed the red button it would give me a 7 day tv guide on that channel. If I now go on to any off the channels press the red button no tv guide, I have downloaded the crosepg for OpenVix-3.0.574-vuduo.Is there something in the epg settings, that needs to be altered.

Press ok to bring up infobar then press red. That should bring up 7 day epg for that channel.
That is presuming you have epg configured and downloaded correctly.

Just press red when viewing channel and you should have single channel info. Are you getting weekly epg?

If I go on to say sky1 and press the red button, I get a blank epg page with no channel info from say now and rest off the evening and in to next day and the rest off the week, I just get a blank page with EPG search on the bottom off the page with imbd.

If I pree the EPG button i get a few channels with whats on now and next,but some channels there isnt any now and next.I hope this all makes sense.

You need to setup your epg. If you go into crossepg, enable opentv for 28.2 and set crossepg to download once a day that should sort it.

So you've only ticked sly uk and it's still not working?
Do you have the stb on or on standby for the scheduled download?
If it's in Deep standby it won't download!

Thank you for getting back to me m8, when I turn the box off I just put it in to standby and not deepstandby.I don***8217;t know if this strange or not, but when I turn the box off on say BBC 1 when I get up in the morning the box will be on and not on that channel the channel I turned it off on.
When it has done this it***8217;s always been the discovery channel, should I take the 8gig usb stick out and try starting again.

Have you set your epg location to your usb stick?
This woukd be the best option as you might not have enough flash for it.
Make sure epg isn't downloading to flash.

I'm stumped. All looks ok so don't know what's wrong. I'd be tempted to start from scratch and flash the stb again.

All I change on epg settings is configuring it to download once a day, tick opentv and set to download to usb stick.. I leave the rest as is.

Make sure usb stick is properly mounted as well.
