Upgrading from DM800

I'm considering upgrading to a VU Duo from a DM800. There were a couple of issues that I found with the DM800, that I hope don't exist with the VU Duo.

Firstly, the timeshift on the DM800 doesn't seem to work very well on HD channels. It seems to glitch a fair bit whenever this addon is active. Is this a problem on the Duo? Has anyone tried timeshifting on one channel, while recording another?

Secondly, the picture seems to glitch when browsing through the tv guide on the DM800. It usually happens if you're scrolling pretty fast through the guide. Has anyone noticed this issue at all?

First thing I'd say is forget about the Vu+ duo and get the Vu+ Solo2 instead.
Only about ?30 - ?40 more but so much faster.
Gigabit lan, Transcoding, 1300 mhz processor, etc.
And no, I haven't experienced any of the problems you mention with my duo or solo2.
