Network Error

So just setting up VU+ DUO for the first time, allready stumbled on a problem, its all been flashed with the vix 2.3.204, but just cant get the lan connected, its with a direct ethernet connection but i just keep getting a message saying "your internet connection is not working" same with manual or DHCP...

Any advice guys?

Reboot the router so it refreshes all IP addresses then try again with the Duo worth a try

it was actually me being a dumbass, my second router basically has DHCP etc disabled and is only used as a hub (the feed from the main router is in one of the output ports) i plugged the box into the input, hence no connection.
