VuDuo Problem

Hi Guys,

Recently I have been having problems with my Vu Duo.
Today CCCam stopped working and the bouquet is all messed up.
I was running Vix. Thats all I can tell you.

Can someone give me some advise on how to get this back up and running.

Is it an original or clone receiver?
If you have a backup I'd give that a go, maybe it's become corrupted.

Its original. Can you please take me through the steps... i am a newbie and have no clue what to do.

Blue button > Vix > Image manager.
Are there any backups of your image in there?
