BBCiplayer plugin?

I discovered lately that there is a plugin for bbciplayer. Is it worth installing (quality wise) ? If so can any of you guys post me a to do list of how to set it up ?

Have a look at the on demand player if your on vix you can download it in feeds.

I had a look, bit scarry seein as have never been down that road. I will try to install it after hols. I'll let you no how i did'nt get on . Are there any known issues i need to be aware of, could it harm the sat box ? Thanks for your post

Are you on latest vix? Press blue button vix and back up settings and image. Install ondemand from vix feed plugins>download plugins>extensions>ondemand>ok. You will get bbc itv 4od rte 3player and a couple of others you won't use you can select the ones you want to stay in your on demand and you can also set the stream quality ie low high hd. If you had ondemand folder before remove it first then download from feed. hth

I will give it another go in the morning. I tried to instal the ondemand plugin other day, but i got a msg along the lines saying "failure to unpack files" and something else, can't remember off top of my head. But i will post the details if it fails again. Thanks for all your replies

If you tried ftp the other day then make sure you remove ondemand folder before downloading from feeds.

Thanks guys, got it up and running and am surprised how good the layout plus quality is. All thats needed now is sly player and regional/ main news txt.
