how do i gwt 1channell to work on vu + duo box

Hi there, i have a vu+ duo...when i press the blue button on my remote it brings me up ichannel...when it brings up the list of films to select to watch they are all 0mins.....and then it goes bak to the start of the selection process....am i missing some sort of plug in....i am useless at this so please any advice would be much liked.....thanks

What image are you using? because when I press blue button my CCcam menu comes up?

ps I also use Vu Duo
