remote access keeps crashing vu+duo

I was finally able to stream remotely outside of my home network by opening up all ports including the dns port on my virgin superhub router. However I have come across a major issue each time i stream a channel on my iPhone and eventually decide to change a channel it loses connection and crashes the vu+duo at home. I know it's crashed as the vix image appears on my tv and keeps spinning and wont respond to any type of command including a reboot. When i get home i have to manually switch the box off then back on.

Has anyone experienced this before? I thought this might be down to using 3g when flicking through channels.

I use dreambox live app.

Try the webif interface instead m8.

Ok I will try this when i get to work I will log into the system using the webinterface using my works wifi. I think the problem may be down to using 3g connection on my phone, it isnt strong enough to send good signals to the box which enables it to crash.

I will report back with how I got on with a steady wifi connection from work.

Also give vu+ player a go. I find it much more stable than dreamdroid.
