VU+ duo restarting

Hi,
I bought my VU+ Duo from china, its say version 3.2 on the back. I have load BH and Vix but when I select a channel it comes I. For a second and then reboots. Has anyone else experienced this and managed to solve it? Or is it a dodgy box from china?
Any help greatly appreciated.

We need a little more information to try and rectify your problem as in which version of images form blackhole and Vix did you load, do you have an up to date channel list on the box and do you have an internal hard drive connected.
