NO CONNECTION

Hi set up new box today when i go to select any chanell bh says service unavailable check tuner config did that get to reception settings on menu sattelite says nothing connected put sat finder meter between reciever and lnb no signal therefor showing no voltage output from lnb input can any one help with this or is the box faulty thanks mial

what dish are you using? are you certain the dish,lnb and cable are fine/working? regards mdt

Hi mdt yes all fine got dreambox sat put that on same connections all ok got fix dish cheers mial

Is this a Clone or an Original Solo or Duo

Hi this is a new vu + duo solo 2 well thats what it was advertised at i paid ?309.00 on ebay hope this helps thanks mial

Could be the Solo2 is Faulty, Have you pre-loaded a channel list or just tried scanning them in your self
