no scramble channels

Hi got new vu solo 2 box used dummies guide to set box up got all channels can only view fta all other scramble channels are showing and got signals but when you select any one of the scramble channels nothing--- only display along bottom of screen telling you details of what channels you are watching as i say tuner configuration ok is there some thing i am missing can any one help please thank you mial

You have to look at the method you're using to unscramble the channels, which we aren't allowed to talk about on here.
