Vu Duo Tuner problem

Hi All

I have a fixed dish (my old sly) and I have both Tuners A & B set exactly the same ,but I am unable to set the sat, it just says not connected the dish, lnb and cables work fine as they are off my freesat box

Any ideas please

your settings should be: Simple - Single Satellite - 28.2? Astra2

Use that for both Tuners A & B

If you flashed an image to your box then by default it has all available satellites pre-stored in a Sat.xml file which is separate from a channel list .xml so all you have to do is goto tuner setup select option simple then option single satellie and then underneath that move your arrow keys left to right until you find Astra2 28.2? east simple

Seems to me that the image does contain any sats will reflash with a new image
