Cant instal ts panel on vu+duo Blackhole 2.0.3

Hi guys the image I have installed at the moment will not install ts panel i have tried a few and also tried installing them through DC center

i have had it installed in the past but not sure where i downloaded it from

Make sure it's the OE 2.0 version of tspanel.
