A friend has lost a channel, apparently it has changed frequency. Can anyone advise how I can get it back for her. Thanks in advance for replies.

I will check with her, unlikely she deleted anything. Does she rescan to to get them back?Comment

You scan the Frequency that the channel is located on thanks to the helpful list from Cactikid aftre that it will store it in the 'New' services scan folder so you can locate it there and move it back to your favourites with the menu option in bouquets using the remote control
