duo setting up

i have duo v.3 clone running vixopen i think is there away to make a back up so i can drop it on a frinds duo so save me some time his box clone v2 will this be ok and how do i do it thank

Not too sure on Vix as i dont use it but i assume if its not in the menu there will be a plugin for it failing that use DCC to do the full backup

It would also depend on the image you have on your box if its a v3 image then no it wont run in a v2 box until you do the v3.2 upgrade on the v2 box if its a v2 image you have then it will be fine

The v2 images are patched with older drivers you can do this simply enough to a v3 image with the ferrari addons manager if you need to

to be safer i would not advise it as original box will run ok on official image and drivers,if you transfer to his box knowing its a clone and it bricks it who replaces the box ?

ViX has it's own custom made image and backup managers built into the image by default, to access them press the blue button then ViX.
