I've bought a new remote for my Vu+ ultimo and don't no how to tune it in to my box as its saying tuned fails. Need help ASAP please

If your talking about matching the remote control up to your ultimo then the procedure is as follows:
Press and Hold 2 and 7 for around three seconds until the LED turns Red
Press the help Button
Press 0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004 for your selected VU Model
The modes are as follows Mode1: Solo/Duo Mode2: Uno/Ultimo Mode3&4: Reserved for Future Models
