Duo2 images

Just got the duo2 and wondering which image will be the best to put on.

i can only find the blackhole 2.0.0 OE2 and if i use blackhole, how do i add cccam,softcam etc ?

and the cams work on all blackhole and blackpole image versions

Image is a very personal choice, try a few out, they only take a minute to flash.
Vix is also a great image which can be found on the OpenViX website.

thanks for the info. i have a blackhole image i want to use but it is saying this, Warning: Duo2 requires a Cfe upgrade to V2 before you flash this image.

now i have the file, i put it on my flash drive but the update screen doesnt appear, ive tried putting the image on without this but the same happens with the blackhole image, nothing. can anyone help?

if your box does'nt see the usb stick first format
the stick to fat32 or try anouther stick vu models
are a bit tetchy with usb sticks some work some dont.
you flash the cfe the same way as the image
when you take the file out of the rar or zip folder
you should see a open folder --vuplus you send this
folder to the stick do not open this folder any further,
in side the vuplus folder is anouther open folder-- duo2
and inside this folder is three files. just send the vuplus
folder to the stick, turn the box off with switch on the rear
put the stick in the front port and turn the box on again then
follow the info and once it says finished take the stick out of
the box and then reboot the box again by turning off and back
on with the rear switch. then you need to clear the cfe off the stick
and load a image on the stick to flash the image on the box, the same way

excellent, i had to use a usb stick with a micro sd card in it.

is it normal for it to say checking usb for a few minutes?


i reset the box and tried flashing again, all good now.
