VU DUO stuck with red light and says starting

Hi there, I have a clone duo which update and rebooted and now it's stuck on 'starting' on the LCD screen on the front. The light lights up when remote button pressed but nothing happens.
Ive been told it wants an earlier image reinstalling onto it via USB.
an august image I need but I can only find from October.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for earlier images and a step by step guide to do it.
I think enigma was mentioned when I bought it.

hey mate can you send me these files too, my VU v3 clone is doing the same thing..
