Duo2 bought, now the fun begins

Just decided to pay the silly amount of money they want for a VU+Duo2 and got it on it's way to me with VIX image loaded. Looks like it's gonna be a lot of 'fun' to set up. Any suggestions you guys have for the 1st things I should do with it? I've asked Goldwafers to put the Vix image and catseyes on it so hopefully should be almost ready to go minus the important files.

the first thing your want to do is remove that image

Very happy with it and the image. Support has been spot on and the epg is excellent.
