Vu duo vix sly interface skin

Have seen a sly skin interface looks similar to the sly epg layout and menu anyone no what this is called also if available on vix 3.0 808 build

It is available on Vix have you had a look in the download feeds for the .ipk, Fraggle is the author of the Skin i believe he is working on the OpenPLI version at the moment

how do you install this
what folder do i ftp it to
i tried ftp to temp folder on duo, its shows up in vix control but when i go to install it doesn't show in plugins
BTW im am running vix 3.0.808
