Hi, i have a vu+ duo and i have been using crossepg for my channel guide, (installed by a friend) but reading various statements on here, i am not getting the best out of my system. i only get now and next and quite often i do not get any of the blue information text at all until i click on a channel and then go back to the guide and then some more, not all, programs will have information. i am using sky uk open tv providers and black hole, but is there a better option ? and if so, can someone tell me exactly how to do it? thank you all.

Guide here for different options which are limited to either Rytec providers from the internet or what you are using now OpenTV download direct from the EPG Transponder

Hi digicon, thanks for that, but as a newbie i don't really feel confident enough to put all those commands in the right place, unless i am looking at it too clinically. i think i had better stay with what i have until i gain some experience and confidence before i go editing things and make a total hash of it all. once again, thank youComment
