1000 instead of itv3

wonder can anyone help..instead of ITV3 i have 1000.
have tried rescanning twice, im using autobouquet.
how can i fix this problem?

I'd stop using autobouquet. I've had a few issues.
Instead use dreambox edit. Guides available on here.
