hi all, my duo has a 500gb internal installed and working fine. I have a 500gb usb powered hdd with all my films on but the duo will not pick it up, unless I initialize the drive there for wiping it! how do i set it up so its just plug and play?? the box is running VIX image20140406_072640.jpg

unsure if you can mount it maybe you can via blue button and vix?
