help again stuck at starting with red light

ok I was deleting some unused plugins, box asked to reboot now its stuck on starting 45mins plus! running vix,3.0. totally stumped its a genuine box from WOS. plaese help

Have you tried a reflash?

or power off at rear first wait 10 mins and switch on to see what happens,there is another red light issue thread to read.
