VU Duo needs rescanned for second dish everytime box is rebooted

Hi guys

I am using VIX Helios and i have two dishes connected to my box a dish pointed at 28.2 in input one and a dish with a monoblock pointed at 13 and 19 east.

When the box is rebooted I lose all 13/19 channels and the must be rescanned again. The signal is always strong on 13/19 when using the built in signal test.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have to bite the bullet and re-flash the image again it could be a corruption in the software
