No HD channels found for Hotbird 13/Astra 19

Hi guys

Has anyone seen this before

Tried to do a tune for Hotbird and Astra using my Monoblock and none of the HD channels are being found. SD appears fine but the box just can't see any of the HD ones. To clarify I do not mean unlocking them I mean the box cannot even tune them.

Its a VU+ Duo running VIX Helios.

should have been posted in the vu duo forum then ,

my duo works fine on 4 satellites so should be no problem getting SD and HD from any satellite , including those two you mentioned

or use a pre-made channel list like catseyes motorised one and use dbedit to ftp it into the duo
