Vu duo 2 dead, help needed

Hi all. I have a vu duo (not a clone) running vix 3.0
everything working fine. Left the house for 20 mins when I got back my box is compleatly dead, no standby light. I've checked the power cable and fuse both ok..
Not sure what to do next? Any help would be greatly appriceated

Have you updated or flashed box recently is there any sort of light on do you have hdd installed can you hear it start up? If it is a vu duo 2 I assume it's not that old so I would return it to the shop for fix.
