i would think the first contact would be the shop
you got it from,or try vu direct and ask if they are available and what's
the cost, then decide if it's a better prospect updating to a new vu model

I would imagine your best bet would be to buy a faulty one from a certain auction site that has PSU problems at least this way the Motherboard should be OK

Yeah been on ebay still quite expensive my insurance gave ?200 for mine showed me the website and said they were genuine ones! People paying stupid money for red light ones

If you got paid out ?200 then why not just buy a new one

I have bought a red light one off eBay fixed it! Would like to give one to my dad so that's why I'm asking would pay 80 for new motherboard instead of buying cap off eBay!

and are you thinking of using protection now after the lightning,? dont say it wont strike twice it will!

?3500 damage and my house wasn't even hit 5 box's wiped out LNB 3 tvs and phones and 3 routers and modem.

Rcd on electrics no good so what do you suggest not seen anything that protects a modem router and everything connected to it!

Anyway anyone seen a new original vuduo board? Anyone no the details to contact vuduo or replace the ether net chip?
