Need help getting Movie and Series Links from TS Media

Hi,
I am new here and also new to the VU+ Duo Box. I need help in adding movie links to the existing one I have
Only Movie25 works and its links are horrible and no series link available.
Can I get an easy step by step guide on adding new links?

i just reflashed original boxes to latest images and downloaded tsmedia now 7.9 and much more working on it now with only the odd error.
