Ok I have a duo and a mini solo for emergencies. Now the duo is booting to the blackhole blue screen and says starting gui. But no picture appears on any channel fta included.i have full functionality of the menu . The image is bh 2.1.0 build 2014-05-07-master. If I then unplug the duo and plug in the solo I have channels perfectly. Duo has been given to me so I don?t know it?s history. Everything seems to function ie menu wise just no pic. Maybe set up incorrectly? I have a motorised set up with 2 core from sat dish.any help be appreciated it.

is duo connected to lan and you have run network test ? do you need to reboot box and router.might also check if the *** needs restarting and other thing is green.forum rules apply from there m8.
if it is you cannot get a display from the duo can you try a scart lead and go through the settings with the wizard to see if that works,could box be a clone and hdmi port faulty.dont plug/unplug hdmi while both units on as that can do damage.Last edited by cactikid; 25 July, 2015, 15:43. -

Just seen on video input selection when image flashed there is no hdmi option although i have a hdmi port, why is this... obviously this must be the prob of no display because thats how it was linked to the tv. options are ..... dvi ... scart ,.... YPbPr. i do not have a scart socket on my tv so what are my options please. why would there be no hdmi selection for input but there is a hdmi port on duo?Comment

your box is a clone so cannot use genuine image,hence hopefully some expert might know.Comment

you did not sort out your problem but may kill box.you cannot use genuine images on clones as its a timebomb waiting to brick your box.Comment

you need to be 100% sure its safe and its a patched version for that box. and mention if any stickers underneath like v?? or v??Comment

Image would depend on what version security chip is installed on the clone duo these range from 2.0,2.1,3.0 so you have to choose the correct image for the ferrari security chip, It should say somewhere on the receiver what version it is

yeah sticker says 2.3. but problem is i cannot pick up any channels , tried 2 sat dishes same problem 0 channels found on scan. tuner configured to simple single 28.2 with tuner b not config. then tried on static dish, same result no channels found. plug in my spare enigma 2 reciever and viola everything is as should be.Last edited by beatboxbob; 26 July, 2015, 20:19.Comment
