VU+ DUO genuine image.

Hi ive done dreamboxes and other boxes never a VU+ DUO where is the best place to download genuine black hole image for the box?

Thanks for that went with vix in the end,i cant seem to find xmltv importer does anyone know where i can download this?
also what path do i take to install manually please cheers.

Menu-Set up-System-epg-xmltv importer. Do you have hdd or usb and have you set paths up? Done your av settings? Auto language set? hth

its ok ive found it i had a blonde moment duh.yes it has an hdd language set to english av settings done.paths not setup for record atleast i dont think unless there already setup ill check.cheers for that.

vix dont use xmtv,they prefare crossepg instead.

Ok Thanks cactikid im setting it up for some1 else all done now :-).though it would be ok as i use it on vix on mmy zgemma H1 box and ot works fine.
Am i right in thinking its best to use a usb instead of hdd for epg?or is the hdd ok?

i myself prefare a mounted usb for epg but others use hdd,doing a reformat on usb is easier

I know it's been awhile since i posted about this.do i format hdd on vu+ duo mount the hdd as media/hdd then set recording path as media/hdd.
As when i mount hdd as media/hdd,when i go to recording path i press right on remote and i dont seem to get media/hdd option the option im presented with is media/hdd/movie.
bit stuck on this bit :-(

The default recoding folder is media/hdd/movie.
