Hi, I'm desperate for help. I'm new to the vu box. Don't know what I have done, but my box won't load up. "Starting up" is displayed on the front of the box and nothing is happening. Think I need to reboot, how can I do this when I can't get into menus? Please help...

oh dear is the duo an old box as they suffer from " red light issue " as its internal board issue with possible cap damage and starting on front?
next question do you download your epg to usb or hard drive as if not you might have filled internal flash and box would need to be reflashed and set up from scratch again.
you could try powering off rear switch and let box cool down for an hour as it may reboot. -
First just try reflashing the box.
thats the easiest.
and many cases solves the problem.
