i have had this problem with my duo2, and found it happens with certain images
the vix v4.0 and 4.1 wont connect also the pkt images need the password setting to
pkteam to get connection,this happens with other images as well, also if you use any
of the back up images they usual have the password changed . main stream images
like bh, open bh, open pli work ok. you can also use the computer to transfer to your box
click start>then computer> next network on the left side of the window and you will see your
sat box> click on it and two folders appear> click the configuration folder and you will see all
your box files that you see with the DCC.

He's all sorted now. Did a run through filezilla with him.

yes all fixed now . filezilla & some good help saved the day .
