The items came in rubbish packaging, 2 weeks late, dented on one side,
no instructions booklet, no answering to the pone calls...not replyng to my

Only had a call back after I complained to SAGEPAY.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALED WITH!
i strongly recommend that you do not use falconsat
the website and prices look good. however it is six weeks since i placed my order. part of it was delivered last week with insufficient postage and i am still waiting for the rest.
there is no customer service - after leaving several messages on the two supplied phone numbers (which are never answered) along with several emails i have had no response.Comment
