Help Please With mgcamd on VU+DUO Vix 1.3

Where in the settings on the Vu+ can I find mgcamd please, if its not can some one please
Let me know where I can get it from please. When I was using the dreambox I could go in to var/key and then in to newcamd to add a file and save ,is it the same for the VU+ please .
