Epg Data

hi guys, need some help if poss, with Vu Duo
somehow lost the epg data, and would like to re-install it or update it, im a noob , but trying to learn bit by bit.
Ive downloaded, cool tv ipk Ver 7 OE 2.0, and if using this would like to know where to place it and how to run it, any help would be appreciated.

Update,
got it sorted, was missing epg data, just had to run crossEpg Downloader, then it all returned to normal
