Program Remote control

Hello...

I have one of the newer Rcu with the greyish tv button on the top left which lights up, and the stb button on the top left.

For the life of me i cant get the led to stay steady while holding <<1 + 3>> as stated on the online manuals.

I have the vu+ solo2 mini box.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I assume you are trying to program the remote for tv you press and hold 1+3 only till red light stays on then you input the tv manufacturer code then press mute till tv mutes etc etc

Thanks for the reply, I have been holding buttons 1 + 3 and the led wont just stay lit up. I feel like a retard.

Are there clone remote controls by any chance?

Well it kinda fooled me.

Other than it being a clone i must say it does the job pretty well.
