problems downloading epg

everytime i try to update the latest epg the screen goes green saying error has occured and the box reboots
any ideas what could be causing this
i have a vu solo running black hole image

Just to asisst you mate which providers are you trying to download and in which format ie: Rytec, XEPGDB, XMLTV, Opentv etc...

I find opentv the best for sly uk.
Also make sure it's not downloading to flash.
If you don't have a hdd stick a usb pen drive in there.

Wrong section mate try the Openbox section as the F3 is in the same family, but to answer your question for the EPG on the F? thats it now & next only on the F3 if you want 7 day EPG buy a better box
