VU Solo2

I just wanted to say that I had a DM800 and I upgraded to the VU receiver and I'm simply amazed at the difference and the quality.
Huge upgrade!!!

the problem with the vu solo 2 is its the latest,quickest and a better built,are dreamboxes all clones now?quality and backup is the key for a superior unit.

its not just that, the vu range can take the BH and BP images and there is a new v2 BH image just out, whereas there hasnt been a new BH image for a couple of years now for the dm800

not all dreamboxes are clones but they were too expensive and so the image makers moved on into the vu and other products.

its also more difficult to run certain plugins on the dm800 which work fine on the vu boxes, like divx and mkv players, streamers and one or two others too

like mobile phones and laptops and tablets, what is out now is superior to what was out before, and its the support that is needed and is one of the good things about buying a vu , ie:- good equipment and excellent support

seen a few selling their dreambox, and chipping the money towards a VU

Just bought the VU+ Ultimo. Much better then Dreambox!

Have a vu clone - very pleased

both running vix3 which is a superb image

Thats any ones guess, and it truly is a guess.

one member claimed to know the release date with certainty but that was a load of tosh. when the receiver is ready we will all be notified but for now it's just a waiting and "saving" game.
