TUNER FAILED MESSAGE HELP

I have received my original solo and have installed a vix image on it all is working ok untill i put the box into standby then when i try to turn the box back on i get tuner failed message and the image will not reboot so im back to sqaure 1 a re flash.
Any help please

Thanks for the reply doug the short answer is no so the box is not up and running yet ive encounterd problem after problem can not get usals to work which it did not on my old dm500 after a couple of years so i set the sats up manual with disq 1.2 but i can not do that on the solo for love nor money so ive decied to get my original installer guy to come back replace my worn motor and sort it out for me ive had it up and running just on 28e cccam runnnig ok ect so im not a million miles off.
Hopefully will be all sorted by friday im sure to be on here after that for help with other things plugins back up etc.
