vu plus stuck on recording

ok so iv tried recording something today but it comes up with a recording error and reeboots the box. now its stuck in this loop and i cant get into the menu system to stop thje recodring. tried unplugging for the plug, removing hard drive, nothing happens. any ideas?-

Easy way out is reflash the box

haha i was hoping i didnt have to do that, only half hour of the recording left so will see if it stops after that

well once the recording or rather non recording had stopped, the box resumed to work properly
