icloudbox - fan noise? there does seem to be a fan in the box, but it makes lot noise

is there a way of reducing the noise?
it does have a fan in the box. i can remove a panel under the box and i can see it spinning, but its way too noisy
is there a way of reducing it

Replace the fan would seem the obvious thing to do, but most small fans make a lot of noise. What size is it?
