Uv solo with 28e & 13e on two dishes

Hi I have Uv solo with 28e running very well, & now I want 13e from a new dish

I got a Technomate tm-25 DisEqC 2x1 switch so i'm now running 28e cable & the new 13e cable into my vu solo.

now Im running Vix 3.0 with opentv providers just to let you no.

I only had 1 dish setup on 28e so how do I ad the second Sat on my box & the extra channels from 13e to my fav list

Setup - Service Searching - Tuner Config: config mode? (I have Simple) Mode:? (I put this to Tone-burst A/B) Port A & B I set to 28e &13e

Do I have to do anything in AutoBouquetsMaker, Automatic Scan, Manual Scan, Positioner setup, Sat Finder?

In Sat Finder I go on to hot bird 13e & Im getting signal of 81% the same as my 28e! is this ok?

So what Im trying to do is get the box setup right so I can move the dish to finetune it in to 13e?

I uploaded a Sat bouquet list to box in /etc/enigma2 but i dont no what to do next to get the channels to show up in my Fav channel list???

The Tuner configuration should be set to Simple - Diseqc A/B and then underneath select which is connected to Port A and which is connected to Port B, I dont use Vix but open PLI has an Auto feature which will scan your Diseqc 1.0 switch and put the appropriate satellite to A or B.

As for the Bouquets as you say you can either send a 13 & 28.2? list over or setup the Auto maker to scan both 13? and 28? for you.

When you uploaded the Bouquets did you use something like dreambox edit or similar

Hi Im still having a bit of trouble with this! I cant seem to get the hotbird to tune in!
This is my settings can you see what im doing wrong? 1st one is 28e (works perfect) & the 2nd one is hotbird 13e which i want! I

When I put hotbird in Port A & 28e in Port B I get 98% in hotbird signal but no 28e??? what am i doing wrong?

It could very well be a faulty Diseqc Switch

Hi I managed to get Vhannibal Bouquets working & I got the signal on both feeds

But I only pick up 17 channels on 13e is that right I dont get any of the football!

I think its something like its only picking up the 28e & not knowing about the 2nd lnb on 13e!
When I 1st got this vu solo box it was setup for multi sat ie it come up on the screen moving to 28e & a symble of a sat dish turning! I dont get that any more!
or is the signal strong enough?

I explained n my second post how to setup a Diseqc switch on this receiver if your seeing the satellite moving icon then it is still not setup correctly.

Secondly if you loaded Vhannibals channel list with 13? and 28? east in why are you scanning for channels its already been done for you.

When you upload a list it does not affect the tuner configuration at all, I would suggest you go back and start from scratch

Ok thanks I will start over, I also just ordered a sat finder to make sure Im at hotbird!
