Android TV Box - Solo2 Question

I currently have a Skybox F5
My attention has been drawn to Android TV Boxes Click Me
Is this what the Solo2 boxes can do ? ie get Ice Films and all the other stuff these boxes do ?

vu have a plugin called tsmedia and on that are 1 channel,icefilms,simplymovies and others,however both units would need a work around added as 1channel has been blocked by isp in uk and irl and other places.

dam lost the link from wos,there are 2 things needed,one a pdf file and second a proxy.php + htaccess zip.
