problem re-flahing vu box - help!!!!!!

Hey,

I tried to update my channels using dreambox edit, then when I rebooted my vu box it got stuck on a spinning vix sign, went to a dark screen. Then stuck on the spinning vix. I cannot get into the box.

So I tried to put an vix image on usb stick, to reflash it. And it doesn't want to regognise the usb stick (I've tried others I've put the sick in both usb slots to no avail!!). Am I doing something wrong? I copied all the files to the usb. Switich on my box, hoping it would reflash, but I'm still getting spinning vix. why can't I re flash? Help!!!
