vu+ solo2 update

Hello all

I have a genuine vu+ solo 2 box. Not a CLONE I upgraded to the latest BlackHole-2.0.9.1.

The problem is now it just keeps restarting. Iv tried to downgrade but when i go to satellite search it crashes and then like before just keeps restarting.

Is there anyway of defaulting the box so i can start again?? Or anyway of fixing this problem?

What image where you on have you tried reflashing that? Did you turn box off and on at rear as in restarting?

Maybe a bad plug in try the image it came with pre installed if you can remember what was on it only way to downgrade would be by USB method as you can't downgrade usin online update as far as I know

All i no is that it had the blackhole image on it. But it came with the box i didn't put it on. I saw that the 2.9.1 was out so upgraded and that crashed my box. Isnt there a way to default the box?

The only way would be by USB flashing to what was already on the box you can't factory reset to original image as you have flashed over it

I manged to get the flash that was on the box but the problem i am having now is that it isn't showing the Astra 28 satellite now. What could that be?

Is it black hole that you have flashed if so you will need to set up both of your tuners to 28.2 for sly uk then do a scan for the channels unless you have an auto bouquets plugin scanning once set up tuners will find your channels again or you can use a pre made channel list with dream box edit

i use cateye's multi channel list works great ..a;ways have done fom the beginning (many thx cateye's)
